Halloween costume party invitations from Zazzle

Hello friends and followers and Zazzlers and all! How are you? I am in a great mood today. I have just picked my Halloween costume. Last summer a canary showed up by my door and I kept the little guy. Since then I've been reading a lot about birds. I did some birdwatching during the summer also. I enjoyed Nature already and now I added this activity to my strolls. 

A lot of what I've been doing lately has been influenced by birds - my drawings, my choice of patterns. Probably that is the reason why I liked this costume idea so much also - I'll be the socialite Melanie Daniels from the famous Hitchcock movie The birds. I guess most of you are familiar with the story. Melanie is shopping in a San Francisco pet store when she meets Mitch Brenner. Mitch is looking to buy a pair of love birds for his young sister's birthday. When she drives to the coastal town of Bodega Bay she is attacked by a gull. Then a series of attacks by an increasing number of birds will follow! Horror! 

Well, I have picked my Halloween costume, yes I did. But probably I will not have a chance to dress up. In Portugal, we don't celebrate this holiday. I must wait until February and Carnaval parties where people wear costumes. But I liked this idea so much that I decided to share it here with all of you. If you do it please let me know and send me photos so I can die of envy!

By this time of the year, I always promote a few  Halloween items from my store and also from other Zazzle designers. I find all these Halloween characters so cute!
